Marc Schmidheiny
/Marc Schmidheiny started in the film business with Christoph Daniel and Dario Suter in 2008. In Berlin, the three partners founded DCM and have already produced and distributed multiple films: THE ARTIST, QUARTET, KON-TIKI, BEHIND THE CANDELABRA, THE GREAT BEAUTY, and BIBI&TINA among others. Since Joel Brandeis joined the eponymous partners in 2010, DCM stands for a Swiss quartet. DCM’s other business field is supporting internet startups as a business angel. Currently, DCM has a total of sixteen shareholdings in its portfolio, which is divided into three areas: Entertainment, technology and e-commerce. As lead investor, DCM is highly involved in the strategic development of its entertainment start-ups Zoobe, tape.tv and Flimmer.
