Bernard Goldblat

Swiss film-maker living in Burkina Faso, Berni Goldblat has been directing, editing, producing and distributing films since 15 years. In 2000, he co-founds CINOMADE an association aimed at creating and disseminating visual awareness-raising tools. 
He establishes Les Films du Djabadjah, an independent production company in Burkina Faso. Following a feature fiction, MOKILI which he directs, he goes on with THE HILLSIDE CROWD, a documentary feature selected at 52 festivals and internationally awarded. Berni is a Jury member of the African Oscars The Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), he trains documentary script-writing for young African authors and is right now finalizing an animated film.
