William Feng is the Country General Manager and Chief Representative for the Motion Picture Association (MPA) in China where he works with Chinese government authorities and other stakeholders. Feng has a long career with more than 20 years experience in government and Global Fortune 500 companies both in China and the United States, serving companies and organizations such as the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Smithsonian Institution, Hill and Knowlton Public Relations Worldwide, Dell China, and Viacom China. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Beijing Foreign Studies University and a Master of Arts degree from George Washington University

Scott Franklin

Producer Scott Franklin was born and raised in New York where he has established himself as a well-respected veteran of the NYC filmmaking community. He is an Oscar nominee for his work on BLACK SWAN and a two-time recipient of the Independent Spirit Award for Best Picture.
Franklin’s most recent film to hit theaters, Darren Aronofsky’s NOAH, starred Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone and Logan Lerman. Franklin’s previous hit BLACK SWAN, starring Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel, Mila Kunis, Barbara Hershey, and Winona Ryder, opened at the 2010 Venice Film Festival and went on to earn Golden Globe and Oscar nominations for Best Picture. Natalie Portman won Best Actress at both.
Scott’s previous films include W.E. directed by Madonna and TWO DAYS IN NY, directed by Julie Delpy and starring Delpy and Chris Rock. Franklin also produced Aronofsky’s 2008 film THE WRESTLER, starring Mickey Rourke, Marisa Tomei, and Evan Rachel Wood, which was a recipient of the Golden Lion award at the 2008 Venice Film Festival and won multiple awards at the 2009 Independent Spirit Awards, including Best Picture.

Thomas Ebeling started working at Pepsi-Cola Germany in 1991 where his career skyrocketed to the position of General Manager in 1996. A year later, he switched to Novartis and assumed worldwide leadership of the Nutrition Division in 1998 and was appointed to the Novartis Executive Committee. From 2000 to October 2007, he served as CEO of the Global Novartis Pharmaceuticals Business and was then appointed CEO of the Novartis Consumer Health Division. The company’s revenues more than doubled under his leadership. Since March 2009, he has been the new CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, and additionally serves as member of the Supervisory Boards of Bayer AG and Lonza AG.
