Dominik Kaiser is a serial entrepreneur. He successfully established 3 Plus Group AG as the biggest private TV channel group in Switzerland. He currently runs it and the TV production company Elevator Group AG as CEO and Chairman. Among other things, he produced several TV shows and a film, launched two music labels, established an adver- tising agency, co-promoted one of the biggest one-day events in Europe with one million attendees and ran a music television channel in Germany. Kaiser started his first company at the age of sixteen. He was awarded the Swiss Economic Award in 2009 and many gold and platinum awards for his records.

Georges Kernes, CEO of IWC Schaffhausen, studied Political Science in Strasbourg, France, and obtained a degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. He joined the Richemont Group of Swiss Luxury goods in 2000, and following the acquisition of A. Lange & Söhne, Jaeger-LeCoultre and IWC, was active in the integration of these brands.
